Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Two street lights are out at the entrance to Eltham Palace Stables. It is a very quiet road and overhung by trees for the most part so these being out do pose safety issues.

The bins have been overflowing for weeks. They get emptied periodically. There is a lot of green space and lots of wildlife and it is damaging the environment
