Bin bags on pavement on Sundorne Road

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 15:45, Sunday 14 February 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Gray bin bags have been left in 3 places on the pavement along Sundorne Road - outside 2 Sundorne Road, 12A Sundorne Road and 14 Sundorne Road. At first I thought they were left for the council (like the leaf bags), but they have been there for more than 2 weeks and were not collected with the rest of the refuse. I think they appeared around 27th or 28th January. Two local people have suggested that the bags were left by builders doing work on a house on Sundorne Road, but I have no evidence of this. I tried to approach them while they were working to ask, but both were on their phones and I felt uncomfortable asking them.

  • The gray bags have been removed (16th Feb), but there are no clear bags in almost the same places. Weird.
