Over flowing Rubbish

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Again the rubbish outside number 7 Brent Road is overflowing. The bins are always all over the pavement with carrier bags ripped all over the floor. This is a commercial business and obviously 3 residential bins are not adequate for the amount of people that occupy the property.
