Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

This vehicle has been abandoned in the Memorial Hospital grounds between Greenwood House and Hazelwood House. Patients from the low secure unit have been using it to smoke in while on their ward leave. It's in a poor state, though not derelict. The MOT ran out on 1 February 2020 and it has a SORN according to the DVLA website. It could pose a hazard to our service users and is taking up a parking space, which could be used by essential ward staff. Please could you arrange for it to be removed?
