Missed palladin collection

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

This Palladin was supposed to have been emptied Tuesday 12th January but was left, it was also left on 19th January collection. The refuse collectors have just arrived and emptied the inside paladins again but have left this palladin yet again. This is todays picture at 4pm Tuesday 26th January
