Rubbish left on pavement after weekly collection

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

A lot of rubbish has been left on the pavement after weekly refuse collection. This is a regular occurence and I do not understand why the dustmen do not take all the rubbish away. This is on Plumstead High Street near the junction with Wickham Lane next to lampost 7OP1135.
