Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Two be abandoned recycling bins.

One outside 36 Cantwell Road on steps, been there for weeks.

Second a few meters away opposite number 3 Brent Road SE18 - this one has rubbish that people passing by keep using.

Thanks - It was emptied last week, and is now full again. It just needs to be taken away.
