Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

The fridge freezer has been there since 12 December. I reported it on 4 January and was informed the Council would collect it that week, or the following week at the latest. Unfortunately the fridge/freezer is still there on 22 January. I would be grateful if this could please be collected as soon as possible.
