House at 318 Westmount Road has large amount of rotten rubbish left on the back alley. This has been present for around one year at least. Rubbish is completely rotten and all broken which poses a hazard to animals and the environment and it is also blocking the garage from neighbours at 320. We also saw a big rat around the rubbish.

  • There is also a huge amount of rubbish on the drive in front of 318 Westmount Road, which when windy gets blown across the road making the whole area look like a tip. It gets in my front garden and stuck under the cars etc
