Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

The Utility Cabinet outside the GP Surgery is in dire need of replacing... it's leaning over very badly and the sides are now being held together with rope!

I had reported this during August 2020 (Highways issue: 1176366) but nothing has been done about it, and it's now a lot worse.
