Substantial caving in of old road surface repair on the new cycling route old Woolwich road,outside gates to marble and stone company

Quite a large area of tarmac subsided, The company here have to move heavy stonework by fork lift. Road repair maybe isn't strong enough for heavy loads. Concern is it's now a danger to cyclists here and it's supposed to be the cyclist route east/ west. Road surfaces in general along old Woolwich road require upgrading to be a sensible option for cycling compared to main road.
