Busy path ending top of Highgrove SE18

When it rains, it muds! Plus very deep unmoving water puddles. Now if you have welly’s then it’s okay, though many that run and walk their dogs and use this path don’t. I’m writing this because it was just muddy and dangerous to use when I’m going through Shrewsbury park (please note some work is currently being done on the not so “bad” ascent from the problematic path this report is concerning, which is nice, but that’s not as bad as the flatter dot hill surface). I almost drowned (exaggeration) in one of the huge stagnant waters on the path. Large enough to engulf the entire width so that you have to destroy you shoes to keep going. This has been the case for years now, I believe some surfacing by adding gravel? Throughout the path, so that when it rains, and the leaves decay, it will prevent the mulch of mud and provide strong footing for dog Walker and runners who use that path. Of course same for all other paths that lead to other streets, because I used another one some week before ago, same muddy mess where you could really hurt yourself if you’re not wearing welly boots! And you can’t do that if you’re out to run through these parks.
