Once again, intercom not working

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Just had to go downstairs to let the Covid testing Nurse in as the intercom is once again out of action. The intercom people were here yesterday but now it is not working again. It is not on and in the current climate its not good enough. There are neighbours that cannot walk far hence me going to let them in for a neighbour. Step it up Greenwich as this must be about the 5th time since December
