Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Abandoned green top wheelie bin. I first reported this wheelie bin 2 weeks back. It had been abandoned then about a month, no one in Hill End claims it as their own. Today it sits in Hill End Shooters Hill, about half way up the road by the garages. I would like RG to remove it, it is a perfectly good bin but it just needs an owner who will look after it.
