Dog fouling on the pavement between Winforton street and Renbold House Blissett Street SE10

Reported via desktop in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 14:24, Sunday 10 January 2021

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

I noticed a male dog owner of Renbold House who llet his dog foul the pavement and then put leaves over the shit. Passers-by are now walking treading it in. It's really responsible of council tenants to do this outside their block, please can you write to the dog owners of Renbold House reminding them to take bags out to clear up after their dogs. Please can you also remove the dog fouling here, Blissett street is often afflicted by irresponsible dog owners, I think they should all be fined.
