This is Nelson Mandela Road Constant and a familiar place for fly tipping. Everyday is smthg there. Also There is a car parking sign but people remain in cars/vans smoking pot and then using as a public toilet the pedestrian path. We see every morning the garden truck from Greenwich council but I never see people cleaning around the area. We need cctv or a barrier to stop with the fly tipping problem

Nelson Mandela Road is sadly now a rubbish tip. We have petitioned the council for years to give us rubbish bins, cctv and a community police presence, but nothing happens.
This has got to be the dirtiest street in London.
