Number 7 Brent road SE18 3dr. This is a care home which obviously needs proper commercial bins currently using domestic bins that cannot cope with the amount of rubbish they put out for around 6 residents and staff . So the rubbish just gets dumped outside. So the foxes tear open then all the rubbish gets blown around the street
