Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Hopefully the bin men came later .... I was out early & saw this in the corner of Crooms Hill & Grove. Because of Bank Holidays the collection changed. I know that but others don’t care or bother & they put the rubbish out too early in the week. This is the result. The public were having to walk in the road as a result. FYI I didn’t receive notification of collection date changes. I looked them up on the Greenwich website.... perhaps post them on the NEXTDOOR site. It’s very informative & people were asking when the bins were being emptied....
