The vehicle still has not moved. It is standing about 18 inches from the kerb. I have checked with the neighbours and known knows anything about it and believe, as I do, that it is a stolen vehicles. ie BMW. It is taxed because I checked on line and it has an up to date MOT. I reported it again last week and your member of staff argued with me over and failed to take its the car's details.

The vehicle outside in Begbie Road was joined by another parked behind it for several weeks. At 11.35pm on Sunday 28th Feb both vehicles drove away and, so far, have not returned. Obviously known to each other.

This car has been parked outside my house in Wricklemarsh Road, evidently since it was moved from Begbie Road.
Does anyone at the Council deal with these reports? Should I tell the police about it?
