I appreciate Greenwich council refuse collectors are working at a reduced service so it’s taken 12 day’s to empty your rubbish. However I had kept my smelling rubbish indoors so that the foxes didn’t leave rubbish all over my road, I woke up to this mess all over the road that Greenwich council felt it was acceptable to leave like this! I’ve had to sweep the road myself today, I am disabled! I have a cleaner at home. This is not good enough and a total disrespect of people’s property.
