Bins need emptying and area cleaned - vicarage avenue green area

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

The 3 bins around vicarage avenue need emptying more regularly as they keep filling up and foxes are able to get inside and rip all the rubbish out which then causes litter all over the green area.

Please can you also come and clean as there is quite a bit of rubbish about. Thank you.
