Overflowing Recycling Bins outside Woodville Court Blissett Street SE10 8UU

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 21:29, Mon 28 December 2020

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Please empty the blue recycling bins outside Woodville Court, Blissett Street, SE10 8UU at some point this week. They are full to overflowing. The same applies to the silver bin chamber next to the boarded up Jubilee Hall, this one is also overflowing.

The blue recycling bins are open access so can signs be displayed here that they are for residents use? Otherwise we are unable to use our own bins for recycling and all these other people who do not live here should have their own recycling facilities.
