Residents from number 84 Greenwich South Street and number 137 Greenwich South Street repeatedly keep putting their own domestic rubbish in or next to the council’s pavement bin by the bus stop at number 94 Greenwich South Street. This overspills and rubbish them blows/gets kicked across the street and particularly into the front gardens of numbers 92, 94 and 96 Greenwich South Street.
