Greenwich council says the streets are swept weekly. The 3 pictures I have attached here have been taken on 3 different weeks, so unless someone is placing their rubbish on the exact same spot it is an outright lie. Shame on you Greenwich council, raising taxes and your services have declined so much. Absolute disregard to your citizens and the environment for that matter.
