Large trees and shrubs cut down but not removed

For about a month large trees and shrubs have been cut down and piled in the small walled area next to the turn into Tunnel Avenue, opposite the Rose Garden park. It appears the council cut them but has not removed them. There is also a lot of rubbish that has been dumped in the walled area, attracting vermin
