Still cannot clear leaves properly

On monday 7/12/20, i sent you a report about leaves not being cleaned on our part of the estate. As you can see in these new pics,(taken at 10.30am 9/12/20.)you can see that some of the leaves have been shovelled over the fence(great,it can rot there). But as usual,Greenwich council shows its contempt at people asking for jobs to be done,that should be part of cleaning routine. Absolutely no care given or attention to doing a decent job, which we pay for. Basic cleaning is all we ask.Caretakers around here do not use brushes and shovels on this part of the estate,but you will see in next batch of photos that the end of our street actually does get cleaned. Once again Greenwich council, can you please do what should be done and have these areas cleaned properly instead of paying your workers to do jobs that they are "NOT" doing. This isnt just my opinion,but the opinion that everyone of my neighbours holds.(i asked quite a few).
