A rented Herts van. Took over 30 Minutes to unload their massive van and taken up all the bins, all the black bags all over the car park floor. This is not acceptable and not a way I want to be living full of rubbish everywhere. This should not be allowed. It makes our home look Unlooked after, and disgusting let alone what is in those bags. Greenwich council we are paying for a service for this not to happen. I am disgusted that this has gone on for so many years and nothing is done about it. Yet we can get a ticket if we have a permit and park over yellow lines within our block. But people aren’t fined for fly tipping where we live.
