Multiple Fly Tipped Small Items

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

We have a problem in this location whereby on almost every bin day, someone flytips random items by private bins. Is there any way to erect some cameras to catch the culprits or it will keep happening? If you could remove the items we would be very grateful. Happy Christmas!
