Dishwasher and rubbish dumped

Hi, Number 5 Reventlow Road have had this rubbish dumped outside their house for about 2 months. It has messed up the road from building work, and has taken up a whole parking space for all of this time that residents pay to use.

Please can this be cleared up with immediate effect as it is causing the road to look really messy and not a very nice place to live including down valuing the cost of the road as it looks a mess.
