Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

We have a resident that keeps double parking taking up to parking space in a permit parki g area . The car is blue and park near the green of the close between fall n x hickin , it's been this way since Friday afternoon and what makes it worse they don't even have a permit !!!

Not fixed as we never see any traffic wardens to issue parking tickets
