There is a London Borough of Bexley white lid bin at the bottom of Kirkham Street by the nail bar that is overflowing with rubbish and is on the pavement. I assume the dustmen don't take is because it is a Bexley bin but it has been left there and is an eye sore and blocking the pavement.

The LB Bexley Bin is overflowing with rubbish and has been dumped at the bottom of Kirkham Street on the pavement by the nail bar/corner shop for weeks and the LB Greenwich dustmen don't remove it as it is a LB Bexley Bin.
