Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Bins from 74 Sladedale Road are permanently kept infront of the property, although more often than not, outside my residence. I'm fairly sure that if there isn't space on the property to store your bins, then you shouldn't have any. The bin in the photo is NOT my bin.
