Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

I have just moved into 15 Murray Close SE28 0NT. In my parking space, there is an abandoned car. It has been untaxed since 2016. I don't know how it got here but my neighbour says it has been there for 2 years.

I can supply you with the registration.
