Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

We have had old traffic cones and yellow fencing floating around the close since the first week of November as we have had tarmac replaces. They are now all sitting in 2 permit residents Parking bays and have been there since Monday nearest house 50/51/52)53 by the green !! They need removing as they are talking bg up to parking spaces residents pay to use
