Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Car is in terrible knick, flat tyres and most definitely not starting. Its been there for about 12 months now, there are previous reports about the same vehicle. The vehicle is being used as a shed/storage garage its full off junk. It is a SORN vehicle but it is parked in a public space.
