Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Graffiti on wall post, corner of Charlton Road and Invicta Road. Can this be removed please? It is unsightly and usually attracts more. Not sure how long it has been there, only just noticed 16 Nov. Many thanks.
