Drain blocked on the corner of Burwash Road & Durham Rise
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drains and gullies category by Martyn Pendergast at 15:03, Sun 15 November 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2388564.
The drain has been blocked for several months, but the heavy rains today have shown up the problem. I tried to unblock it with a spade, but the blockage seems to be quite thick.

This has been passed to our gully team to inspect and clear please be aware its currently leafing season for us and a drain cover may looked blocked but it is just the leaves on top of the cover, our leafing teams will clear these on the roads weekly sweep

As you will see from the photo, leaves are not the problem, but soil, stones and other debris. You can see where I tried to unblock the grille, but the blockage seems to be several inches thick. (I have tried to post the photo, but it is not showing in my brower. Hopefully you will be able to see it).
