Rubbish dumped in garden and garage driveways
Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 08:08, Fri 13 November 2020
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2385107.
I've reported the growing amount of rubbish dumped in the garden and garage driveways on the corner of Whitworth Road and Herbert Road, and you just closed the case saying it's private land and not the Council's responsibility. That's not good enough. I wasn't expecting you to clear the rubbish, but I was expecting you to consider issuing a CPW/CPN to the property owner as it's an eyesore and environmental nuisance for other residents who pay their council tax to fund you. If you don't do anything I'll write to my local councillor next to complain.

I have inspected this area Today. I have found no evidence of Dumped rubbish That would be dealt with by Housing.
The Items are in the front garden of a property and on the pavement.

What's it got to do with the Housing department!? The rubbish has been dumped in the front garden/drive of a (private) property and spilling onto the pavement. It's been there for months, it's getting worse, the property owner has taken no steps to clear it, Greenwich should look to issue them with a warning to sort it out.
