Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

It was abandoned by a female about a week ago and is parked so badly its taking up 2 parking spaces. It has no MOT and looks like it’s been in an accident. This is taking up space and when I come home from work at 2am there’s nowhere to park so I have to park a few streets away putting myself at unnecessary risk.
