One of the residents of the building has constantly overfilling the bins, and disposing in an unsuitable manner of all his rubish/furniture/electrical equipment/etc. This is becoming already very disturbing, especially more in this hardened times with the COVID-19. The locations is apartment building 6-11 Gallon Close, SE7 8SY.
