Rubbish not picked up

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Although the rubbish is picked up every 2 weeks and the council tax has increased significantly, this week the rubbish has not been picked up at all. Also, can I please request that the rubbish to be picked up once a week rather that fortnightly. Thank you!
