Drainage cover, the noise and the vibrations are felt inside the house

Although the road surface has been renewed please find attached photos of cracks around a drainage cover in the middle of the road.

Over time the house has started to vibrate. Every time a car hits the drainage cover, the noise and the vibrations are felt inside the house. Moreover, the effect is that the walls inside and outside the house are cracking.

Please find attached few pictures regarding this matter.
