Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Tree in the front garden of Number 9 Harrier Mews is very overgrowncausing damage to Public Pathway, and possibly to our house , see photo.I have been in touch with Hyde Housing whom manage property they said would send a surveyor to property.I have not heard anymore from Hyde Housing. The tree requires pruning it has been neglected for years. We bought our property 27 years ago there has been no maintenance done on the Birch Tree.I would appreciate a resolution to this matter.
