Fly-tipped skip

I previously reported the fly-tipped skip halfway along Winn’s Common Road on the north side of the common. I saw RBG appointed contractors wearing Haz-Mat suits and respirators clearing it out at the end of last week. Unfortunately the skip seems to have turned into a fly-tipping site itself. As of this morning it’s 3/4 full again! It should be removed ASAP to avoid further fly-tipping.
