Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Fence blew down approx 12months ago, Andy Eglinton was incharge of the repairs,he assured me that the fence would be repaired in several months, we have waited patiently for this work to happen but nothing has been done, youths have started to gather on the wall, causing distress to me and my wife.
