Last week( today being 22/10/20), i wrote on this app about non emptied bins. The reply was that the council would tell the relevant dept about the problem. Either that department doesn't care or the bin men them selves do not care. Either way the job still has not been done even though the bins are only 10 feet away from the normal bins. Another neighbour also complained to the council by phone and was told it would be sorted. The question now is 'why am i having to do this again'. Q2. Why are you not emptying bins that you have to walk pass, that have been flagged up as a problem. Please please please sort this out, again!!!
