Bins have not been collected and its over flowing

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Communal bins have not been collected and its over flowing; their are rats, cats and foxes getting to it. Rubbish been dumped microwave, child car seat and chest of drawers by bins since council are not doing bulk collection. The residents who many are elderly and disabled can not deal when rubbish not picked up its blocking wheelchair access it's that bad. If you are not doing bulky collection where are people suppose to put it.
