Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
Although this car is taxed, it is been offered for sale contrary to London Local Authorities act Section 38 and as such can be removed and or the owner fined.

I almost despair. It is not a tax problem but illegal Street trading as I have already made clear to RBG.

As the Council does not grant residents the courtesy of a reply we do not know whether they agree with the legality of the parking or not. If not why do they not say so and save everyone a lot of time.

This vehicle remains in situ as do similar vehicles around the borough. Does the term"in progress" mean the RBG will do something about it? Or is their continued inaction meant to indicate that the do not accept the Act I have quoted. It would be useful to know.
