It’s been there (On the pavement) for three weeks and is still there now I can see it from my window now, so I don’t know how you can say it wasn’t there.

The van in the photo is a [portable loo] vehicle when we attended the [portable loo] was on the back of this vehicle strapped down so wasn’t on the pavement, the vehicle owner has taken it off the vehicle since we attended

It hasn’t t moved for three weeks, I live here. There is normally another strapped to the van but the one on the pavement has not moved
