Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2307912.
Mound of concrete poured into Oxleas woods is damaging fence allowing public to access private drive which is a security issue for all houses. The concrete was poured by a company who was doing construction further up the road however they have since moved.
I am happy to break up the concrete if the council will collect the rubble.
